The company has two major businesses: CNC Machine Tool Division and Second-hand Machine Tool Division. The CNC Machine Tool Division is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, and is mainly engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and sales of CNC machine tools. The Second-hand Machine Tool Division is located in Dongtai, Jiangsu Province, and mainly sells various types of second-hand general-purpose machine tools and second-hand CNC machine tools. The products cover all kinds of machine tools required by machinery manufacturing factories.

The Second-hand Machine Tool Division focuses on the recycling, maintenance, inspection and sales of second-hand machine tools. The main products include second-hand lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinders, vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, gantry machining centers, drilling and tapping centers, wire cutting, injection molding machines, etc., involving many well-known brands from China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Europe and other countries
